Uok Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Policy

By accessing or using the uok (uok-jit.com) platform, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

This agreement is a legally binding contract between you and uok. It defines the rights and responsibilities of both parties. We believe a transparent and fair framework is essential for everyone involved.

• Uok operates under an international license
• Both parties are responsible for complying with applicable laws in Bangladesh
• These terms are available in both Bengali and English; in the event of a dispute, the English version shall prevail

To create an account on uok, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false or incorrect details is a violation of our terms and may result in account termination.

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and accumulated balances may be forfeited.

• Full name, date of birth, and an active mobile number are mandatory
• Your mobile number must be verified via OTP
• KYC (identity verification) may be required before processing a withdrawal
• The member is solely responsible for the security of their account
• Sharing your password with anyone is strictly prohibited

Uok strictly prohibits participation by minors. No person under the age of 18 may register or use this platform. This is not just our policy — it is part of our social responsibility.

Age is verified using the date of birth provided at registration. uok reserves the right to request ID documents for age verification at any time. Providing a false date of birth is a serious violation.

• Any excess balance resulting from a technical error may be voided
• In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, the associated account may be temporarily suspended

5. Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform
6. Harassing or threatening other members
7. Money Laundering or Illicit Fund Processing

Members may request account closure at any time. Any withdrawable balance will be returned upon closure.

Uok may suspend or terminate an account without notice for any breach of these Terms. In cases of serious violations, the account balance may be forfeited.

• Inactive accounts (no login for over 12 months) may be suspended
• Members with a suspended account may contact support to request reinstatement
• Members whose accounts have been permanently closed may not register again

For any disputes or complaints, please contact uok's support team first. Most issues are typically resolved within 24–72 hours.

In the event of a dispute, uok's game logs and transaction records will serve as the definitive evidence. If a technical error results in an incorrect outcome being displayed, the correct result will be restored.

Uok reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. For significant changes, registered members will be notified via SMS and email at least 30 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may request to close your account.

• Minor changes (spelling corrections, formatting) may be made without a separate notification
• The revision date will always be displayed at the top of the page
